A government client operating in Afghanistan required a single accountable partner to sustain the availability of a mixed fleet of tactical and non-tactical vehicles distributed across multiple operating sites. The operating environment was austere, distances between sites were significant, and vehicle availability had a direct bearing on the client's day-to-day mission activity.

Synerje established and operated workshop capability at each supported site, staffed by qualified mechanics and supervised under one program-management structure. Preventive maintenance schedules were aligned to manufacturer guidance and usage profiles, while corrective maintenance and recovery support kept unplanned downtime contained. A managed spare-parts pipeline — drawing on our global supplier network — sustained the flow of consumables and repair parts to each location.
